Through nervous system education, somatic practices, and restorative ritual, you’ll learn to regulate from the inside out, rebuild internal safety, and gently rewire the patterns that keep you in survival mode. By the end of the program, you’ll have the tools, awareness, and capacity to support your system with greater ease — and begin living from a place of resilience, connection, and self-trust.
This isn't a quick fix that leaves you wondering what to do next. Throughout our 10 weeks together, you’ll learn how to create small, consistent rituals that support regulation without overwhelming your system. These practices are designed to be sustainable, gentle, and realistic — woven into your daily life in ways that feel supportive, not stressful. Over time, these habits become anchors: simple, repeatable moments that build real safety, capacity, and resilience from the inside out.
We gently explore how early life experiences — even ones you may not consciously remember — shape long-term nervous system patterns. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how attachment, early stress, or unmet needs influence your current responses, and how to begin unwinding those patterns through safety, attunement, and somatic repair.
You’ll learn how your nervous system functions — and why symptoms like anxiety, fatigue, or physical symptoms aren’t personal failures, but survival responses. This foundational understanding gives you language and insight to work with your system instead of against it, using both brain-based and body-based tools to support regulation and resilience.

It’s designed to address both the mental and physical patterns that keep you stuck.
What is The Embodied Rewire?
This program is for anyone who experiences the effects of chronic stress, unresolved trauma, or nervous system dysregulation — including anxiety, shutdown, overwhelm, fatigue, or stress-related physical symptoms. While many of my clients are women, the course is open to all genders.
Who is this program for?
Many programs focus only on the mind (top-down) or only on the body (bottom-up). The Embodied Rewire combines both approaches — using brain retraining to shift thought patterns and somatic practices to re-pattern survival responses stored in the body. You also receive personalized guidance and group support, so you’re not navigating the process alone.
How is this different from other nervous system or trauma healing programs?
Some participants start noticing subtle shifts within a few weeks — things like better sleep, more patience, or less reactivity. Deeper, lasting change happens gradually as your nervous system learns it’s safe to operate in a new way. Healing is not linear, but every small shift is a step forward.
How long does it take to see results?
The goal isn’t to “fix” you — because you’re not broken. Instead, we work to shift the patterns in your brain and body that keep you stuck in survival mode. While many clients see significant improvement in symptoms, the deeper transformation is the ability to feel more at home, grounded, and resourced in yourself.
