A one-woman practice with a somatic, personalized approach.

about The practice

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your own body—when symptoms becomes complicated, energy feels elusive, and you can’t remember the last time you truly felt at ease.

For years, I tried to fix symptoms by following rigid protocols that only left me more depleted. But through study, unlearning, and deep personal healing, I began to understand: our bodies aren’t meant to be “managed”—they’re meant to be seen, heard, and acknowledged as a reflection of our health as a whole person..

This practice exists to help you return to yourself—gently, sustainably, and with devotion.

It is possible to feel at home in your body.

Along the way, I discovered the transformative power of nervous system healing, somatic healing, and a more holistic, integrative approach to healing chronic health conditions.

My work blends science and soul—grounded in modern neuroscience, but deeply attuned to the emotional, energetic, and lifestyle patterns that shape your health. Every session I facilitate is personalized and paced with care, so that healing feels like an exhale, not a to-do list.

I created this practice after my own winding journey through chronic symptoms and feeling like my body was betraying me.

"I was diagnosed with bone spurs, stenosis and herniated discs in my neck and back many years ago. I have used and/or tried quite a few different techniques throughout the years to help the condition. Some were effective for pain control, but did not provide healing or lasting results. Then I tried Craniosacral Therapy. I'm so happy I took the plunge. The pain in my neck is gone! AND, I've been pain free for a couple of years now.

Kimberly K.

I have received a series of ten sessions from Katy.  The healing effects were astounding. Each time seems to build on each other and every session was transforming. Benefits were relaxation, pain relief, emotional release, and mental clarity. I approached this therapy with no expectations and was delighted to achieve improved health on many levels.
