Appointments
  • Initial appointments are an hour and a half in length
  • Ongoing appointments are an hour in length
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment

Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • i understand that plans change. I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service price.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service price.

Late Arrivals
  • If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate the next client's scheduled appointment.
  • You will be charged the full service price.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Gift certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable.

Payment Policy

  • Please complete the online health intake before your sessions which will include a comprehensive health history.
  • If you are ill, especially with any contagious condition, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
